Information you share

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name and mobile number, along with any home preferences you choose to provide: configuration, budget range, project interest and purchase timeline. We also record your consent, enquiry type and submission time.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are used to contact you about your property enquiry, help prepare a shortlist, provide project information and coordinate requested site visits. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a property or confirm a visit.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in the website’s protected lead records. Visitors cannot browse or retrieve other people’s submissions. Personal form details are not included in conversion analytics events.

Your choice

Contact consent is required to send an enquiry. You may choose not to submit the form. When Genuine Realtors contacts you, you can ask to stop further contact or request correction or deletion of your enquiry details.

Developer brochures and external websites

Project brochures and the Karnataka RERA website contain information from their respective providers. External websites may have their own privacy practices. Project claims, prices and availability should be independently confirmed.
